Please download three files below, fill in and sign on the agreement of the application form for admission and Operating Procedure Implementation Rules , and send the form to Kiwi-W Consortium secretariat by postal matter (Please don't send it back by E-mails).  2. We will send the invoice of the fee as soon as confirming the application form and the agreement.  3.
